Yes, the DOD model FX-17 "Wah-Volume".  It has an auxilary CV output
of 0-5V from a 1/8" phone jack.  It's also an "interesting" sounding
wah that doubles as a volume pedal.  I've noticed they don't necessarily
carry it everywhere they have the more popular DOD brand stompboxes - 
this has never been a terribly popular wah.

I'm not sure how it works but I'm pretty sure it doesn't use a pot, is
relatively small, and approx $70.00USD (I think that's what I paid).
