[sdiy] Pinout for japanese transistors

Hi everybody. I need the pinout for the following japanese transistors:

2sk30a
2sa1015
2sc828rnz

They are used in the TR-808.
Any ideas where I can find it?

I also need to know if the 2sk30a (FET) need to be selected. And in that
case, how do you select them? I think there is some colour code in the
schematics.
