[sdiy] Pinout for japanese transistors

Hi Jorgen,

I have just checked on www.partminer.com and I found the datasheets for all of those devices on there. You'll need to take a minute to register but it's well worth it. If you encounter difficulty I could get the .pdf's myself and email them to you, but I doubt you'll have any trouble finding them.
