I agree 100% with Rick on this issue.
It doesn't take long to see the real goals of such messages
behind the pseuso "arty attitude" and "freedom of speech" :

1) this person gets (at least) 10 angry / amused / offended
reactions for each message posted, and therefore increases
the list traffic by several orders of magnitude (this happened
on other lists before such as music-dsp, and just check the
number of posts on synth-diy during the past few days),
which clutters the members mailboxes and is the best way
to destroy a list : I'm not kidding : several members have
unsubed other lists in similar circumstances...

2) at the same time she (or her posts) becomes the center of
all discussions and the number of really on-topic posts drops.

So the best things you can do is :
1- ignore all her messages (unless they're really on-topic)
2- if you don't want to take any risk, set up your email filter
so that all these messages are sent straight to the bin.

Fortunately, this will be my only post on that topic.
And please, don't reply to it (or off-list if you really need it),
as I don't want to generate any more traffic.
