Josh,

be careful. if you get 100k linear for everything, your portamento anf 
LFO won't go to very long times and your envelope time controls will 
only have about 10% usable range.

You need, I think 1M pots for the portamento and LFO.
Get log pots for the envelope A, D and R controls.  Otherwise 100k 
linear should be ok.
