According to freetradezone.com, it is a discontinued NEC single 
(mono?) audio preamp.  It used to be that you could get old 
datasheets from this place for free, but it's now a pay service.  NEC 
itself doesn't seem to be much help.  I did notice that they use 'µ' 
(as in the Greek letter mu) not an upper case 'U' in their op amp 
names.
