I no longer have a 106, but I kept the schematics (I always keep the
schematics :)  Anyway, C1 is labeled "10/16".  I have no idea what the
@#$%& that is supposed to mean, but it is the same as C2 and C4.  I'd read
and measure one of those.  Imho, as power supply filters, their value
shouldn't matter much, and anything between 10uF and 22uF should work.

R1  18K
R2  10K
R3  10K
R4  10K
R5  33K
R6  2.2M

Aren't they color-coded??

It doesn't say, but based on the voltages, that's what I would try.
