If you only needed a few, would it be cheaper to buy concentric pots or knobs
as replacement parts for some existing product? In other words, buy from a
repair center, instead of from the component manufacturer or distributor.

I know that repair parts often have a higher price tag, but it still might be
more practical than meeting some distributor's or manufacturer's minimum
quantity requirements. Now all you have to do is find a product with suitable
pots and knobs.  :)
