[sdiy] LM703 ???

Hey,

i found an obscure reference. Its for a noise bridge,
used by radio guys. Unfortunately the webpage is in
spanish:

It shows an LM703 as some sort of NAND gate, but that
doesn't make sense in the circuit. Opamp perhaps?
