Yes, I have both a scope and a meter.

That happened with the TL082 one. I instantly switched of the PSU
(as there must have been a short circuit... don't want to waste those TL082's...

I think it actually has to do with the pins of the TL082.. must have messed up something with that...
I will have another go at it this evening (in about 3 hours) and will post the result.
