[sdiy] 2nd board of PolyKorg Clone finished

Added 6 sheets of schematics: MG-1 (LFO), S&H, Modulation VCA,
Modulation Balance, VCF Control circuit.
Function is the same as in the PS-3200 (i.e. same waveshape oddities,
no extended range), but circuit is slightly different: simplified Vactrol
control circuits, one Vactrol (where offset is not important) replaced
with 3080, discreete switching and XOR functions (instead of 4030
+ 4051 and auxiliary +/-7.5V supply)
