If sampling clock wouldn't be random in the first place, the output
can be only aliased image of high speed saw. So depending on frequency
relation between two oscs it will be staircase up or down and other
easy to predict and control shapes.
Unless the S&H aperture jitter is about the time of high speed
saw cycle, but then randomness depends solely on S&H jitter
distribution that AFAIK is gaussian.
