Sounds like a bad connection. The increased moisture
caused the bad connection to connect for a while.
If this is the case, then its very bad. A bad
connection that goes in and out can produce large
amounts of heat and cause a fire.
Yours sounds like a bad neutral. Start at the breaker
panel. All of the white neutral wires terminate there.
