Hi!
The design is straight out of the appnotes/datasheet for the
78xx/79xx voltage regulator. It is very easy to build one for +/-15v,
just use the 7815 & 7915 voltage regulators and use a suitable
transformer that outputs about 2 x 18 volts AC. My unit runs of 240v
(I live in Sweden)
