The only problem with premade images is that they are permanent. You cant
edit the number of ticks or the start/ending angles.

If you can email me your specifications and I will try to make you one using
Visio2000.

I will need to know the start and end angle and the number of ticks
(including start and end). If you have a picture of what (a pic of some
gear?) you have in mind I can try to duplicate it as accurately as possible.

Also, I need to know what file format you need it in. I would recommend
Windows Metafile since it will stay in vector form instead of rendering the
shape to pixels.
