I need some advice/help in building a CV joystick for an analog synth.  It 
seems pretty easy.  I can do this now by making the pots on the joystick 
send a CV out the patch cord from 0-10 V.  The only thing I dont like about 
this is that when the joystick is at rest the output is already 5 V.  Then 
you can go down or up.

Ideally I would like to plug my patch cord in and have the joystick at rest 
with 0 V going out.  And then pull down -5 V max and push up + V max.  
Anyone have a circuit to do this?  Or any ideas??
