There's infact a more or less complete NTSC synth  - The Vidium - "hidden" at
Vasulkas site:

To many obsolete components to be useful though.
Plenty to read and learn for anyone interested in videosynthesis anyway.
 
Infact the entire 'archive' folder at http://artscilab.org/ could be considered 
a real treasure.
