    Once you mount this thing to the panel, you are not going to want to
remove it...have you ever tried to align 128 switches to 128 holes ;^)

    Also, drilling 128 holes...to within a couple of mils, without making a
mistake...talk about presure.

    And using the switches to hold the board to the panel is the plan, but, I
will not be putting all of the nuts on.  No need...although, that will make it
look a bit wierd.
