These may be a bit more common than you think.
About every DIN connector manufacturer makes these,
and about every electronics store sells them.
In case your in Europe you might try Conrad.
# 73 74 61-60 for the male plug
# 73 75 69-60 for the female plug
# 73 81 58-60 for the female chassis
