[sdiy] Fatman question - stuck notes?

Hi folks,

I dusted off my Paia Fatman after moving, and tried to use it in
cubase but every 4 measures or so it gets a stuck note!  It seems to stick
on a pitch that I didn't play - very odd.

I tried playing a basic sequence (no timecode / sync) and it still
chokes.  Does anyone else experience this?  Any suggestions?

Btw, this rom release is circa 95.
