[sdiy] J111 FETs at Mouser

    Fets for VCO's are always a subject of discusion...I was just at
mouser (http://www.mouser.com) and they have Fairchild J111 fets (this
is equiv to the 294391...hope I got that number right) for $0.166 in
100's (yep, 17 cents each).  This is a fairly good price...last batch I
got were something like 33 cents each.
