[sdiy] sanken modules

I have aquired some Sanken and similar modules, some NOS, though am finding
data for these non-existant on the web.
The ones I am chasing are:
SI-1025E (a 7 pin version)
AS 900 (no idea who made it, but appears to be 70W)
