The CA3280 seems to have much less variation in offset voltage with Iabc than the LM13600, 13700 - which is important for minimizing CV-thump. The datasheet specs this over a 3-decade range. For some offset-critical applications I have tried the CA3280 is the only one that worked well. Mike
