[sdiy] 1/4" jack drill bit size?

    Standard 1/4" jacks use a 3/8" hole...

    I would recomentd getting what is called a "brad tipped" drill.  Here in the
states, you can get these at Orchird (OSH).  They look like a regular drill, but
the business end is flat with a little tit in the center.  When drilling thin
material, these will make nice round holes.  Another choice would be a step
drill...not too sure how that would work in plastic.  Also, drill at slow
speed...don't want to melt the plastic.
