If you can find a wire-wrap socket that will fit the "NF" chip, just use
the extra lead length to bend the pins to fit the board holes.
Not sure if a 0.4" IC socket is common, though...
If you can't find the right IC socket, maybe you could use 2 rows of SIP
sockets with the same lead spacing (.070) as the "NF" chip.
