Robert Rich recorded live last week in San Francisco. MOTM modular and lap steel guitar. The
modular is sequenced in 6 'voices', mainly for bass and background tracks. It's slow, dark and
sort of creepy. The chuffy lower metallic noise uses the new MOTM-190 VCA, with a sine wave into
the ring mod section with pink noise, then gated through the other VCA half . The two different
faster syncopated noise rhythms are fast envelopes sweeping the full range of two '420s in full
resonance with noise mixed in to break up the resonance so it 'crackles' like radio static
'breakup'.
