The funny thing with simple methods of triangle-sine conversion
(like single stage differential pair / OTA overdrive) is that you get
the lowest THD with a waveshape that doesn't look good on the scope.
If you have the peak really "rounded" (optimum for LFO modulation
waveforms), you have long passed the optimal point for audio, because
the now rounded peaks are "too wide", which causes more THD than 
some remaining edge from the triangle.
