I do the same thing with my effects boxes, they're all outfitted with
velco so I can stick them on the top of one of my synths. I know well
the issue of needing more force for a stomp type switch, but I've
gotten around it by just taking one fist and "WHAM" whenever I need to
switch between bypass and effect. It might be nice to wire another
less force-intensive switch in parallel with the other one. so you
could either stomp on it or click it that way.
