Carefull with those serial number variant schematics in the roland service
docs. I have an early serial number but that has the parts of the later
boards installed. best to double heck the values of stuff before you just
go by the schematic.
My jp6 had a few issues that I caused by inadvertantly knocking one of the
surface mounted resistors around a cem chip off. THese are parts that were
added to update the circuits to a later design on an old board.
you might want to check these and compare them to each other to make sure
they are all still soldered in nicely.
