Hi,

I've been browsing Jim Patchell's excellent site and I noticed he is selling MAT04 transistors. I have seen these (and MAT02s) in many circuits, but have never been able to get them in the UK. I've got on very well so far using SSM2210s, but I am intrigued about these MAT chips as I see them mentioned so often. From a brief comparison of the datasheet SSM2210s seem slightly better spec'ed than MAT0*s, but maybe I'm overlooking something?

Actually, having just searched the Analog Devices website, I can find no product "SSM2210" (although they are still available in UK). Maybe I'm going to have to find another matched transistor soon ...

Seb
