I use vectorboard (no copper) with T-42 push in terminals.

I use 24 ga. solid wire and 22 ga. teflon sleeve for power runs,
and 28 ga. solid wire and 26 ga. teflon sleeve for signal traces.

Amp Diplomate sockets for all.

These often become finished products, that last forever !
