[sdiy] Resisting UberDIY

My Grandfather worked for PG&E years ago in one of their substations. He
told a simliar story. I can't recall exactly what kind of circuit he
would test, but he claimed he just ran his hand down these sets of
parallel bars until he found the ones that were "live". Gack!
