The LM13600 and 13700 have spice models from National that can be used.
The 3080 is not available, but you can draw your own by following the
internal schematic. You MUST use diode connected transistors in places
where diodes are shown. I used 2N3904 and 2N3906 for the transistor
types. The model performance is very typical of the real thing (except
that offset voltages, etc... are perfect)
