[sdiy] Eurorack depth

How deep do you think a 3U eurorack should be for synth modules?
There seem to be four typical depths : 160 mm, 220 mm, 280 mm
and 340 mm. I'd go for 220 mm myself but I'm wondering which
depths commercial 3U modules (ASo, ASy, Doepfer, PAiA, Blacet)
require.

Anybody knows how deep the fracrack, AS1300, etc. are ?
