I have no idea how to tune the 4700, but how about tuning
the fatman to the 4700 instead?  The directions are on page
17 of the construction manual.  If you haven't got that,
let me know, and I'll give you the steps (it's just a bit
of trimmer twiddling and knob twisting while playing the
Fatman with a controller).  Paia would probably also be glad
to give you detailed directions for either synth, I'd guess.
