Sure, cloning a ROM/PROM/EPROM/EEPROM is pretty much cake to do.  Some of the
older Eprom's require special programmers ( read : ancient ) but its still
very doable.

I've been slowly archiving roms from my equipment as the EPROMS used do have
a finite lifetime.
