[sdiy] OT: Vestax mixer parts

Hi list,

Sorry for the OT post... I have a Vestax PMC-15mkII DJ-mixer that's in need
of a new crossfader and 2 new channel faders.  Has anyone every worked on a
Vestax mixer before?  

I'm curious what brand of faders are installed in here.  I looked at them,
and the values are clearly marked, but not the brand.  The crossfader is a
45mm stereo fader (100KBx2) and it has the code "803F" marked on the side.
Does this part number look familiar to anyone?  Google turned up nothing.

The fader is a little unusual in the fact that the 4 conductors on each end
are in a straight line, rather than staggered as I usually see on the spec
sheets

I've checked Panasonic and Xicon's products, but haven't found a match yet...
