In short. Not a lot. The YK10 was one of three keyboard units
designed to work with the Yamaha CX5M MSX computer and FM unit. It isn't
velocity sensitive and is entirely passive. You could build yourself a
scanning unit of some kind to plug into it but that's about it. Or you
could keep your eye out for a CX5. But if you have a real computer this
will probably be more of a historical curiosity to you than anything useful.
There was also a YK01 and a YK20. The YK01 was a tiny little thing that was
about the size of a qwerty keyboard. The YK20 was in fact velocity
sensitive but to use it you needed the later CX5 with the upgraded FM module.
These things aren't very useful IMHO but you might get some mileage out of
it if you built a digital keyboard scanner and CV generator or something.
Hope this helps.
Be absolutely Icebox.
