[sdiy] Datasheet CK2605 anyone?

Hi there,

I already bugged my favorite electronics group on Usenet but looks like
nobody there can help.

I'm searching the datasheet for the Philips CK2605 FPLA (18x32x10).
Partminer lists it but as it was obsoleted in 1998 it's not downloadable
through the free account. Maybe some of you have older databooks on the
shelf and are able/willing to send me a scan of it?
