After googling a lot... and searching I found this :

see the led backlit displays...
also you can check http://www.backlights.co.uk (just for the backlights)

also http://www.flatvision.co.uk has backlir displays. I know that
they are in various colours, but I can't find the page of the
manufacturer...
It's strange since I surfed a lot on this yesterday, but can't remember
the url...

I'll post again if I find anything.

There are vfd modules in other colors... check

but they are custom...  expensive as hell I would think.

you should also check http://www.crystalfontz.com/products/index-std.html

has a lot... also I saw a black with red text there...
