[The Old Crow]

  The place I first learned of the 50240 was the original Forrest Mims III 
'Engineers Notebook', which still sits on the shelf next to the Hightext 
reprint.  He just marked the pins as "+11 to +16V" for pin 1 and GND for 
pin 3, and wisely omitted the Vdd/Vss names.  I have perhaps 2 of these 
left (in sealed Ratshak packaging) just in case the little Paia Oz TOG 
dies someday.
