Tomita did an LP in the mid 70s explaining in a lot of detail how he got
some of his sounds out of his modulars. I think it sold about 3.5 copies at
the time. It would be really fun to hear now.
I found some of the tracks online once, but I can't remember the URL. :(
The best thing he did was use his sequencers for something other than a
generic 8-note TD riff machine.
Was Clockwork Orange ana or digi? I know she got heavily into programming
her Synergies to do additive simulations of the complete orchestra.
