[sdiy] Sources for bulk shielded cable?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good source of inexpensive
sheilded cables, balanced and unbalanced, for studio wiring?  I'm
about to wire up a patch bay (found an ADC 144-point! :-), and would
rather spend significantly less than the 29 to 39 (US) cents per foot
that I'm finding as an average price.  Does anyone know of any good
surplus sources?
