Maybe Greenweld in UK has some?
I don't think it is the comms collapse that has spelt the end, so much 
as the way comms stuff has shrunk. Where a few years ago you had a whole room full of racks, it's just a suitcase under a desk now..
plenty of surplus rack stuff can be renovated by bolting a new faceplate over the old one, covering any holes.
