[sdiy] DSP/Chameleon update/info

Dear all,

 I've added a section on the Modulus pages for the Chameleon and anything I
develop on it.
At the moment there are a few words about the Chameleon and some sounds of a
monosynth I am developing (slowly) on the Chameleon, see the 'synths'
section.
