[sdiy] Atmel 8-bit micro supplier in UK?

Hi, 

Can anyone recommend a cheap supplier of Atmel AVR microcontrollers in
(or will ship to) the UK? The only real cheap supplier of micros I know
about in the UK are Crownhill who do extremely good prices on PICs - but
I don't know about AVRs. Of course there's Farnell, Rapid etc, but they
aren't particuarly cheap on these items. Anyone?
