Would decoupling...?
No. at least not guaranteed. There is Ohmic and capacitive coupling
INSIDE
a quad package because of the shared power supply layout. A lot of folk
perfer duals for this reason (or singles).
I will use quad packs in circuits I don't NEED to be totally isolated...
or I carefully
choose which function is in which package.
The moral is... "the more separate it the more...uhh... seperate it
is" ;^P
