Kids,
If you're handy with a soldering iron and a pair of dykes,
(yo Peter... thats spelled "Dikes"... for diagonal cutting pliers. I
prefer
to remain in blissful ignorance about what you might do with a soldering
iron and a "pair of dykes". Too scary for me ;^)
allow me to
introduce what will soon be the latest offering in the 21st century
analog
module craze: The Buzzclick Gizmotron!
What this handy-dandy little jewel does is convert a standard VC
attenuating
pot, or worse yet, a VC input without any attentuation (what were they
thinking?) to a bipolar proccessing pot.
(so you used to listen to / still listen to the "Firesign Theatre" do

I will ship anywhere in the world accept New Jersey.
(just kidding about NJ).
Why ??? works for me
(Peter is from California, but this last comment probably makes him as
an
ex- New Yorker sometime in the past 30 years. Right - am i ??? New York
and New Jersey have the same relationship as Michigan and Ohio... who
have not
gotten over the "Battle of Toledo" yet)
The boards will be in production very soon - please keep your eyes
peeled to
the buzzlcick site for ordering and availibilty information. So we all
remain friends afterward, no advance orders will be accepted until the
kits
are in hand.
"Remain friends afterward ?" what are we...high school virgins ??? ;^P

happy analog daze,
Peter
Actually I can pretty much guess what a buzzclick gizmotron IS... but
its a really
cool idea to package it as a tiny board kit. I (for one) never like to
build something
that is commercially available at a reasonable price. It should be
obvious that this
is an ideal product to put on a filter envelope pot and give every synth
the capability
of the Korg MonoPoly in that respect...
Thanks for thinking of us all... even those from (new)
Joiy-sea....
