hey guys.
cool. sorry about being defensive. it's so hard to tell on the interhoopla.
glad we cleared that up.
anyway.. yea i didn't realize the ask bob suggestion was serious. That's
good to know that he's willing to help in that way.
As far as reverse engineering it. I definitely would do that if i had
enough of a clue what i was doing, but alas, sadly i've just started getting
into this hobby. This is why i like the idea of schematics to build my
ideas off of.
Well actually, the moogerfooger obsession is a friend of mines'. I told him
it'd be funner to find something similar or at least with the same low-pass
type of stuff happening and amend it to our creative liking, which we also
will do i'm sure, but he was really stuck on finding MF schems.
That's why i asked knowing it'd be a longshot, since it seemed more than
clear that people were just "not telling" when it came to that one pedal. OH
well.
oh, do you have any good references for something similiar to that machine?
i presume it's just a couple oscillators in a low-pass manor. So far my
current experiments have yeilded interesting filtered-distortions and
theremin on stereoid-esque circuits.
I was thinking today, one thing i'd really love to build is a footpedal that
links to the pots that alter delay speeds! i'm amazed these don't exist in
the commercial market yet! it's such a pain being a guitar player with no
ability to keep playing while you normally bend down and twist the knobs. an
AGE-OLD problem by now.
has anyone thought of this here yet?
dan
