    I have had no problems with them.  The J111 is equiv (well, actually
the same die as) the 2n4391 which has also been used a lot.  One thing I
have noted about JFets is that you seem to have to trade Idoff with
Rdson...for some reason, the two parameters seem to be mutually
exclusive (low leakage devices seem to have a higher Rdson)...
